Twin Lakes is located on Highway 207, near Interstate 95, providing easy accessibility to a variety of shopping, entertainment, dining, golf and educational needs. Flagler College: The College offers 20 magors, 26 minors and two pre-professional programs in selected studies emphasizing liberal arts, education and business. With an average class size of 21, Flagler College provides an exceptional opportunity for a private education at an extremely affordable cost.
The Webster Elementary School: The Webster Elementary School teaches Pre-K through 5th grade, and strives to meet the individual needs of its students through many innovative programs.
Murray Middle School: Murray Middle School teaches grades 6 through 8, and has about 876 students.
St. Augustine High School: St. Augustine High School teaches grades 9 through 12 and is led by Principal Tyrone Ramsey.
St. Augustine Beach: St. Augustine Beach is located on Anastasia Island where you can enjoy sandy beaches, the St. Johns County Pier, a playground, pavilion, fishing pier, vollyball courts, bait shops, fine restaurants and shopping.
Crescent Beach: Crescent Beach is located in the southern area of St. Johns County. It is situated on Anastasia Island, a wildlife refuge. It is located on A1A South about 25 minutes from downtown St. Augustine.
Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area: Anastasia State Recreation Park is a protected bird sanctuary and consists of 1,700 acres of five miles of beautiful, sandy beaches.
Vilano Beach: This serene beach is a local "best-kept secret" offering a fishing pier and the Surfside Park, which has a picnic shelter, beach access and outside showers.
South Ponte Vedra Beach: South Ponte Vedra Beach is located in northern St. Johns County and just south of Ponte Vedra, which is home base for the PGA Tour, the Players Championship and the Association of Tennis Professionals Tour. Ponte Vedra Beach is located 20 minutes north of downtown St. Augustine.
Jacksonville Beach: Jacksonville Beach offers a true beach experience with tons of local restaurants, night spots and recreational activities. It is located 25 minutes north of Downtown St. Augustine.
Because Twin Lakes is conveniently located so close to St. Augustine and Jacksonville, it allows its residents to enjoy all that both cities have to offer.

St. Augustine Premium Outlets are located at the intersection of I-95 and State Road 16. They are a fine collection of well-known stores, where the discerning customer can buy brand-name goods at discounted prices.
The Ponce De Leon Mall is the smaller of the area shopping malls and is located on US 1 South. It contains JC Penny, Belks, and a multi-screen first-run movie theater.
St. John's Town Center is Jacksonville's newest village style mall, which features high end shopping and restaurant options that fit any consumer's needs.
